Chief minister of Madhesh provence Hon.Satish Sing said that it is a matter of pride to have the opportunity to participate in the first convocation ceremony of Rajarshi Janak University and express my best wishes for a bright future with the students.
Today's ceremony is not only a celebration of academic achievements, but also a sign of an important step taken towards the educational prosperity of Madhesh Province. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the students who have been convocationed and my best wishes for a bright future.
Collaboration between the federal, provincial and local levels is indispensable for improving the educational situation of Madhesh Province. Without the strong support of the federal government, the province alone cannot develop a quality and inclusive education system. There is a need to give special priority to the education sector.
He said that : I am fully confident that Rajarshi Janak University will play an important role in expanding access to higher education in the province and producing skilled manpower. I hope that this university will receive national recognition and financial support like other universities.
