Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training Office of the Controller of Examinations Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Online application form filling for the classified (free) scholarship quota in the academic year 2083/084 in Diploma and Certificate level programs Very important notice regarding filling the application form (Notice published on 2083.01.29) Students who have passed S.E.E. from government and community schools and pre-diploma level from the member schools of the Council in the Diploma and Certificate level educational programs to be conducted by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Office of the Controller of Examinations, and who have obtained the approval of affiliation from the Council as per the Examination Regulations, 2083, for admission in the classified (free scholarship quota) determined in the following programs, Nepali citizens who have met the entry requirements as per the details, should fill the online application form in the ITMS Online of the Controller of Examinations within 2083-02-13 .Below given schcolarship quota :

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Applicants who have met the minimum qualifications will have to submit the application form online by paying the application fee, prioritizing the program, province, and school to be studied, and also selecting the quota of their category and submitting the Online Application Form in time period and passed the entrance exam than select for schoolorarship or not. Nepali citizens in the classified (free) scholarship quota can fill the Online Application Form for a program in any province and the competition will be held only at the same province level and the publication of the merit list and admission recommendation will also be done accordingly. 

For the academic year 2083/084, the Online Application Form can be filled only for one program under the classified (free) scholarship at the diploma/certificate level. Details




(b) In the case of examinations conducted after the implementation of the letter grading system:

Passed the entrance exam or SEE examination from a recognized educational institution with a minimum GPA of 1.6 out of 4.0 on a scale of 0.00 or its equivalent or obtained 68.33 percent marks in the total aggregate of technical S.L.C. Pre-Diploma level from the council with compulsory English, Mathematics and Science subjects. 

(c) Applicants who meet the admission requirements will be eligible to participate in the admission process for any faculty program. 



3. Documents to be submitted along with the application form: For classified (free) scholarships, the candidates themselves will have to fill the Online Application Form within the deadline specified in this notice. Along with the online application form, the fee will have to be paid online through the designated service providers Connect IPS or Khalti wallet.

 (a) Scanned copy of the original Nepali citizenship or birth registration.

(b) Scanned copy of the original of the minimum educational qualification or equivalent educational certificate. 

(c) In the case of government or community schools, a letter from the concerned municipality certifying the type of school, and in the case of schools affiliated to the council, a scanned copy of the original letter certified by the concerned school. 

(d) In the case of Dalits, a scanned copy of the original letter from the concerned municipality in the case of Dalits of different castes who are not listed.

(e) In the case of Madhesi Muslims, a scanned copy of the original letter certified by the concerned Municipality/District Administration Office. (f) In the case of indigenous people, a letter from the concerned municipality for the tribes listed under the Nepal Indigenous Peoples Upliftment National Foundation Act and a scanned copy of the original indigenous peoples letter certified by the concerned municipality office if there is more than one surname within the listed tribe. 

(g) In the case of Khas Arya, a scanned copy of the original letter certified by the concerned municipal office. (h) In the case of a letter, a scanned copy of the original letter certified by the concerned municipal office. (i) In the case of backward remote areas, a scanned copy of the original letter issued by the concerned municipality office stating that the applicant has obtained the minimum educational qualification by studying at a community school in Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu and Humla districts and is a permanent resident. 

(h) Disappeared persons, families of martyrs, injured persons and their families in the people's movement, people's war, Madhesh, Gen G movement and other countries. Indra, the families of those who disappeared during all the movements within Nepal and the families of martyrs/injured families of the people's movement. 

A letter certified by the concerned District Administration Office as a victim/displaced person and a scanned copy of the original relationship certificate. (k) In the case of a disabled person, a scanned copy of the original disability identity card issued by the concerned office of the Government of Nepal. (l) 1 copy of a recent passport size photograph (35x45mm) with a clear face. The photograph cannot be altered later.

 (e) The required certificates to be submitted in the online application form must be included. The application form of candidates who do not include the required educational certificates, relevant category-examination documents and submit fake documents will be automatically rejected. (m) For classified (free) scholarships, there will be a single online application form for the general group and the target group. In that form, you will have to select the category to which you belong. Applicants who are eligible to fill the application form in the target group will automatically be applicants in the general group. Applicants who fill the application form for classified (free) scholarships will compete only at the provincial level where they submitted the application form.

5. Information regarding submitting the online application form : Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One thousand only) :  Form submittion dateline From 2083.01.29 : Wednesday, 208-02-13 by 11:59 PM ;

The required documents are :

(a) Classified (Free): The applicant must submit the scholarship application form himself or herself or by attending the school by the deadline specified by the Council. While filling the Online Application Form in this way, the applicant must clearly state the program, state and category he/she wishes to study and prioritize the school he/she wishes to study at. 

(b) A recent passport size photograph (35x45mm) and the prescribed documents must be uploaded along with the application form. For the procedure to fill the online application form for Classified (Free): Scholarship, please visit the Classified (Free) Scholarship website www.ctevtexam.org.np

(c) Online application forms that do not include the prescribed fees, photographs and documents will be automatically cancelled. (d) The applicant himself can print the Online Application Acceptance Card immediately after completing the online application form for classified (free) scholarships and getting it approved by the P.N.K. The printed Acceptance Card should be kept safe as it is mandatory for admission and registration purposes in the school.



6. Regarding the online application form: (a) In the programs towards classified (free) scholarships, the responsibility of verifying the minimum educational qualifications and other documents of the online applicants in the Web Based Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS) provided by the Examination Controller's Office will be with the concerned council, provincial office. The concerned provincial office will have to mandatorily verify the forms of the applicants from the date of commencement of filling the online form. If there is any problem while verifying, the IIMS branch of P.N.K. should be informed immediately and the problem should be resolved.
