As the vacant positions of Dean, Executive Director and Chief of Examinations of the Graduate School under Madhya Paschim University are to be filled through open competition, eligible Nepali citizens who have met the eligibility criteria are invited to register their applications physically at Madhya Paschim University, Registrar's Office, Surkhet within 10 (ten) days from the date of first publication of the notice or to obtain the selection criteria and submit the application form online through the official website of Madhya Paschim University at mu.edu.np/officials-application.

Minimum standards
a) For the post of Dean, the candidate must be a professor in the relevant subject from a recognized university or an associate professor with a PhD degree and at least 10 years of work experience.
b) For the post of Director, one must have a PhD degree, at least 10 years of work experience, or at least an associate professorship in a recognized university.
c) For the post of Chief Examiner, the candidate must have a PhD degree, at least 10 years of work experience, or at least an associate professorship in a recognized university.
