Breaking news : Madhesh Province Assembly Removes Member for
Violating Party Rules

Honorable Ms. Kancha Bishadi member of the Madhesh Province
Assembly has been removed from her position after her political party reported
that she violated party rules, regulations and discipline. She was belongs to
National Democracy Party . The information was confirmed through an official
notice issued by the Provincial Assembly Secretariat.
According to the letter sent by the party to the assembly, the
member was elected under the proportional representation system. The party
stated that her actions went against the party’s policy and internal
discipline, leading the central committee to take action against her.
The party had earlier cancelled her basic membership for six
months by producing official latter . Following this, the central committee
decided that she could no longer continue as a provincial assembly member. The
notice from the party was registered at the Provincial Assembly Secretariat,
which then formally announced the removal.
With her position now empty , the party is expected to recommend
another candidate to fill the proportional representation seat. As per legal
procedure, only the same party can nominate a replacement for such a position.
The Secretariat stated that the decision was made in accordance with the Provincial Assembly Operational Rules and relevant laws related to political parties and assembly procedures in few days. Members are also discussing about this topics .Political observers believe the removal highlights the increasing focus on party discipline within regional politics. The incident also reflects the party’s internal efforts to ensure that elected representatives follow established guidelines.
